The Consensus Forecasting Group met this morning in Frankfort to project the Commonwealth's revenues for the next biennial budget (2012-2014).  Although economic conditions are better now than during the last cycle, the state will face challenges crafting a budget in the absence of federal stimulus dollars.  Reporter Tom Loftus from the Courier-Journal has the full story here.
